Confirming Tasks

  • Click "Confirm" when you receive your reminder
  • This lets us know you're still available
  • We'll send you the final details

Completing Tasks

  • After your task, log the pounds of food collected
  • Add any notes about what was delivered
  • Track your impact on our community

Need to Cancel?

Life happens - here's how to handle schedule changes

Important Notice

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance when possible. This gives us time to find another volunteer and ensures food doesn't go to waste.

How to Cancel:

  1. Go to your dashboard and find the task you need to cancel
  2. Click the "Cancel" button next to the task
  3. Confirm your cancellation
  4. We'll automatically notify our team
